Last updated June 1, 2026
This policy explains how NetTools Cloud handles information around the website, free downloads, package URL routes, and support contact.
Overview
NetTools Cloud publishes local-first Windows utilities through direct download pages and Microsoft Store package URL routes. The site is designed to keep downloads simple and does not require account creation, checkout, or a license request for the current v1.x files.
Information the site collects
The site does not intentionally include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. Standard hosting logs may still be created by the hosting provider when a browser requests a page or download file. Those logs can include technical details such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, time of request, and response status.
Downloads
Direct downloads and Microsoft Store package URL downloads are served from versioned site routes. Downloading a file does not require payment information, a NetTools Cloud account, or a site-issued license key. Download requests may appear in ordinary server or hosting logs for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Payments
Current NetTools Cloud v1.x downloads are free. The site does not collect payment card information for these downloads. If paid products return in the future, payment processing and related privacy terms should be documented before launch.
Support contact
If you contact support, NetTools Cloud may receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, product name, issue details, screenshots, logs, or compatibility notes. That information is used to respond to the request and improve documentation or product delivery. Questions can be sent to Admin@nettools.cloud.
Local software behavior
The products are positioned as local-first Windows tools. The website does not add telemetry to the installers. Product-specific behavior, network access, local files, and operating system permissions should be reviewed in each product's documentation and release notes.
Microsoft Store and third-party platforms
Some package URLs are intended for Microsoft Partner Center or Microsoft Store submission workflows. Microsoft, the hosting provider, browser vendors, operating systems, and security services may process data under their own policies when you use their platforms or download infrastructure.
Data retention
Support messages may be retained as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain release records, prevent abuse, or satisfy reasonable business and legal needs. Hosting logs are controlled by the hosting provider's retention settings.
Your choices
You can choose not to contact support, avoid sending optional diagnostic details, or delete downloaded installers from your own system. To request deletion of support messages you sent, contact the support address listed on this site.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the site, products, hosting setup, download model, or support process changes. The date below reflects the current version of the policy.
