Licensing

What does Free Download (v1.x) mean?

The current v1.x release line is available as a free direct download. It is not a subscription and does not require a hosted account.

Can I download individual apps?

Yes. Each individual app is available as a free direct download. The NetTools Bundle ZIP includes all current apps.

What happens if I download the bundle?

The bundle ZIP includes Conversion Calculator, NetView, NetEye, IronClad Vault, and NetP2P Chat.

Downloads and updates

How are downloads delivered?

Downloads are served directly from free product routes. Microsoft Store package URL routes remain available for Partner Center.

Do the apps update automatically?

The storefront is structured for versioned downloads. Update delivery depends on publishing a new versioned installer and updating the product catalog.

Where are manuals stored?

Manual links are included per product and currently point to release-note placeholder files in the public manuals folder.

Compatibility and refunds

Which platform is supported?

The seed product requirements target Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.

Do the apps require cloud access?

No. The product positioning is local-first. Network tools may require normal local network permissions for diagnostics and monitoring.

What is the support policy?

For free downloads, support should focus on compatibility, installer availability, and clear release notes.
