Lifetime License (v1.x)
A purchase grants use of the purchased product or bundle for the v1.x release line. The license is not a subscription and does not require recurring payment for v1.x access.
Permitted use
Install and use the purchased software on systems you own or administer, subject to any per-seat, organization, or redistribution terms added before launch.
Restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, rent, sublicense, or publish installers, license keys, or protected download links unless separate written permission allows it.
Updates
The v1.x license can include maintenance releases in the v1.x line when those releases are made available. Major version upgrades can be licensed separately.
No tracking requirement
The license model is designed for local-first software. Core use should not depend on a hosted account unless a future product explicitly documents otherwise.
Warranty limits
Digital software should be tested in your environment. Final warranty, liability, and support language should be reviewed before public launch.
